Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Service & Player Ops Trainer to join their dynamic team. In this role, the trainer will play a crucial part in ensuring customer service representatives deliver exceptional service by providing comprehensive training programs and ongoing coaching. The position is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training materials and experiences that equip the team with the skills and knowledge needed to excel.

Design and execute technical enablement programs that increase the productivity and confidence of post-sales teams by deepening their product, solution, and architectural fluency. Translate complex product capabilities into scalable learning experiences and assets that empower customer-facing teams to articulate value and solve customer challenges effectively. Continuously analyze and improve field performance through data-driven insights.

Design and lead our global training and onboarding function from the ground up in this high-visibility role. Collaborate with leadership and SME experts to evaluate and recommend training initiatives that align with best practices. The role will focus on the development and expansion of programs to include new skill-based, compliance and professional development training across our global organization.
